No.Golf is aerobic sport, not anaerobic sport.

The common aerobic exercises are: walking, fast walking, jogging, skating, swimming, cycling, fitness dance, skipping rope/rhythmical gymnastics and so on. The aerobic exercise is characterized by low intensity, rhythm, uninterrupted and continuous, long time.

2. What is anaerobic exercise?

The anaerobic exercise refers to the high speed and vigorous movement of the muscles in the "lack of oxygen" state. Most of the anaerobic exercise is the exercise with high load intensity and instant strength, so it is difficult to continue for a long time, and the time for fatigue elimination is slow. The biggest feature of anaerobic exercise is that the intake of oxygen during exercise is very low.
